目的 :柴蛭精浊丸对实验性前列腺炎病理模型的影响。方法 :通过给大鼠前列腺背叶注入消痔灵的方法 ,建立大鼠前列腺纤维增生性炎症病理模型。结果 :柴蛭精浊丸可明显抑制消痔灵引起的大鼠前列腺组织炎细胞浸润和间质成纤维细胞的增生 ,增加腺细胞分泌。结论 :柴蛭精浊丸对大鼠实验性前列腺炎有抑制作用。
Objective : The effect of Chaiqin Jingzhu Pill on pathological model of experimental prostatitis. Methods : A rat model of prostatic fibroproliferative inflammation was established by injecting Xiaozhiling into the dorsal prostate of rats. RESULTS: Chaiqin Jingzhu Pills can obviously inhibit the infiltration of inflammatory cells in rat prostate and the proliferation of interstitial fibroblasts induced by Xiaozhiling, and increase the secretion of glandular cells. Conclusion : Chaiqi Jingzhu Pills have inhibitory effect on experimental prostatitis in rats.
