目的 :观察四逆汤制剂———保心胶囊抗心肌缺血的药理效应。方法 :运用垂体后叶素造大鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,运用皮下注射大剂量肾上腺素加冰水冷浴造大鼠瘀血模型 ,观察保心胶囊对大鼠急性心肌缺血模型心电图T波和瘀血模型血液流变性等指标的影响。结果 :保心胶囊低、高 2个剂量组与模型组相比 ,可显著改善缺血心电图T波和低切变率的全血粘度 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :保心胶囊可有效降低血液粘度 ,改善冠脉循环 ,保护缺血心肌。
Objective: To observe the anti-myocardial ischemia pharmacological effects of Sini Decoction, Baoxin Capsule. METHODS: Rat acute myocardial ischemia model was induced by pituitrin, subcutaneous injection of high-dose epinephrine and ice-cold water bath was used to establish the model of rat’s blood stasis. The effect of Baoxin Capsule on the electrocardiogram T wave and blood stasis of acute myocardial ischemia in rats was observed. Models such as blood rheology and other indicators. Results: Compared with the model group, the low and high doses of Baoxin Capsules significantly improved the whole blood viscosity of ischemic electrocardiogram T wave and low shear rate (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Baoxin Capsule can effectively reduce blood viscosity, improve coronary circulation, and protect ischemic myocardium.
