单十字万向节是一种常用的联轴器,用于联接相交两轴以传递运动和动力,其运动特性直接影响机械传动系统的性能。考虑轴交角随时间的周期变化,对单十字万向节的运动特性进行了较为详细的研究,并对传动比进行了频域分析,得出一些不同于轴交角为常数时的新结论
Single cross universal joint is a commonly used coupling for coupling the two axes to transmit movement and power transmission, the movement of a direct impact on mechanical transmission system performance. Considering the periodic variation of shaft intersection angle with time, the movement characteristics of the single cross universal joint are studied in detail. The frequency ratio of the transmission ratio is analyzed. Some new conclusions are obtained when the axial cross angles are constant
