中国联通青海分公司是联通总部于1997年9月批准组建、1998年8月在西宁注册成立。在短短三年时间里,这个新兴的通信企业乘西部大开发、通信大发展的强劲东风,以其蓬勃的生命力和灵活的机制,步人了事业发展的快车道,为西部通信业增添了绚丽的光彩。联通青海分公司创业初期仅有二、三十人,现今已发展成为拥有八部两室、下辖格尔木、海东两个地市级分公司、410名员工的初具规模的现代通信企业。公司目前开通的业务有:GSM移动电话业务、165拨号上网、165专线、IP17910(17911)业务、寻呼业务以及多种增值业务。并即将开通193长途业务、CDMA业务。三年来,在地方政府及主管部门的关怀指导和全体员工不懈的努力下,在国家发展重点
