城市是房地产的载体,而房地产是城市的重要标志与内涵。北上广深等一线城市地产行业的不断成熟、土地开发渐趋饱和、房价不断涌升导致企业发展空间日益稀薄,越来越多的人抬起头将目光投向远方。随着放宽中小城市和城镇户籍限制、稳步推进城镇化政策实施,以及城市化持续推动带来的红利等利好因素,二三线城市的房地产市场蕴藏着激动人心的蓬勃生机。
