浙江省第二建筑工程公司施工的宁波北仑港火力发电厂第一期(2×60kW)一号机240/7m筒中筒烟囱基础外径为33.60m,高4.50m,基础由内外筒组成,间隔为2.80m,基础支承在161根φ609×11钢管柱,基础强度等级C30,选用425号矿渣硅酸盐水泥、大粒径石子(1~4cm)、中粗砂,在混凝土级配中掺加水泥用量的0.25%的NO糖密缓凝剂,水泥用量298kg/m~3。1988年1月进行了一次浇灌,混凝土由四台400L搅拌机集中供应,采用双轮手推车运输混凝土,全部混凝土标准试块检验结果完全符合要求。施工中采用了在内筒底板中心,外筒底板开始浇灌和合拢中心预埋白铁皮测温孔,浇灌后在混凝土面先覆盖一层塑料薄
The first phase (2×60kW) No. 1 machine 240/7m cylinder middle chimney of Ningbo Beilungang thermal power plant constructed by Zhejiang No. 2 Construction Engineering Company has an outer diameter of 33.60m and a height of 4.50m. The foundation consists of inner and outer cylinders. It is 2.80m. The foundation is supported on 161 φ609×11 steel columns. The foundation strength grade is C30. No. 425 slag portland cement, large sized slag (1~4cm), medium coarse sand are used to mix in the concrete gradation. Cement dosage of 0.25% NO sugar-suppressant retarder, cement dosage 298kg/m~3. In January 1988, a watering was performed, concrete was supplied by four 400L mixers, and two-wheeled trolleys were used to transport concrete. All concrete standards were tested. Block test results fully meet the requirements. In the construction, the center of the bottom plate of the inner cylinder is used. The bottom plate of the outer cylinder starts to be poured and closed, and the tin temperature measuring hole is embedded in the center. After the water is poured, the concrete surface is covered with a layer of plastic thin.
