由黑龙江省对外科技交流中心与哈尔滨建筑工程学院联合主办的第二届钢管混凝土结构(包括组合梁)国际学术讨论会,于1988年8月12日至8月16日在哈尔滨召开。会议代表来自加拿大、英国、日本、中国等四个国家,其中国外代表18名,国内代表80名。会议共收到学术论文48篇,其中国外论文21篇,分别来自英国、美国、加拿大、苏联、日本五个国家,国内论文27篇,来自国内科研、设计、施工及大专院校等有关单位。在学术讨论会开幕式上,黑龙江省对外科技交流中心主任朱典明、哈尔滨建筑工程学院副院长
The second international symposium on concrete-filled steel tube structures (including composite beams) jointly organized by the Heilongjiang Science and Technology Exchange Center and the Harbin Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture was held in Harbin from August 12 to August 16, 1988. Representatives from Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, China and other four countries, including 18 foreign representatives and 80 domestic representatives. The conference received a total of 48 academic papers, including 21 foreign papers, which were from five countries including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the Soviet Union, and Japan. They have 27 domestic papers, which are from domestic research, design, construction, universities, and other relevant units.
