螺纹零件是各行各业中用得最普遍的机械零件。螺纹是用中径公差的大小来划分精度的,因之螺纹中径尺寸的测定十分重要。对于外螺纹零件(螺栓、螺纹塞规、丝锥等)的中径测定,可以用环规、工具显微镜、或用量针、量柱结合块规光学比较仪或千分表千分尺等量具来测定,在目前的工厂中螺纹的量针量柱测量法(俗称三针量法)是应用得很普遍的一种方法,因为用量针或量柱测量法,工具简单,测量方便,而且测量精度很高(参见表1)。下面拟对螺纹的量针量柱测量法作比较详细的讨沦。
