(三)基于微量吸附热效应的检测器——微量吸附热检测器: 众所周知,物质在吸附及解析过程中都伴随有热效应。一般情况是吸附过程为放热反应,而解析过程则要吸收热量。但是这个热量都是很小的。实践证明,1微克的物质由于吸附或解析产生的热量能产生的温度变化约为10~(-3)~10~(-4)℃。具体到液体色谱仪中的情况是吸附热或解析热与物质在固定相中的含量有关,因而物质在流动相中浓度的变化当然会引起附近一个微小区域内温度的变化。微量吸附热检测器就是
