端粒是染色体末端具有简单重复序列的DNA结构与特异性结合蛋白的复合体 ,端粒酶是由端粒酶RNA和蛋白质组成的核糖核蛋白酶 ,它以自身RNA为模板 ,逆转录合成端粒。端粒酶与细胞的永生化有关 ,了解端粒酶结构及功能对临床研究一些疾病的发生、发展及疾病治疗具有积极的意义
Telomeres are complexes of DNA structures and specific binding proteins with simple repetitive sequences at the end of chromosomes. Telomerase is a ribonuclease consisting of telomerase RNA and protein. It uses its own RNA as a template and reverse transcribes telomeres . Telomerase is related to the immortalization of cells and understanding the structure and function of telomerase has a positive meaning for the clinical study of the occurrence, development and disease treatment of some diseases
