目的研究人精子膜基因hPH-20(hSPAM1)mRNA在前列腺腺癌组织中的表达。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测前列腺腺癌(n=35)、正常前列腺(n=5)组织中hPH-20(hSPAM1)mRNA的表达。结果前列腺腺癌中hPH-20(hSPAM1)mRNA的阳性表达率高于正常前列腺组织,B期阳性表达率低于C+D期,高、中分化阳性表达率低于低、未分化,上述差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。前列腺腺癌hPH-20(hSPAM1)mRNA表达水平高于正常前列腺组织(P<0.05)。结论 hPH-20(hSPAM1)mRNA表达可能与前列腺腺癌的发生、发展有关。
Objective To study the expression of human sperm membrane gene hPH-20 (hSPAM1) mRNA in prostatic adenocarcinoma. Methods The mRNA expression of hPH-20 (hPHAM1) in prostate cancer (n = 35) and normal prostate (n = 5) was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction Results The positive rate of hPH-20 (hSPAM1) mRNA expression in prostate cancer was higher than that in normal prostate tissue. The positive rate of hPHAM-2 mRNA in stage B was lower than that in stage C + D. All were significant (P <0.05). Prostate adenocarcinoma hPH-20 (hSPAM1) mRNA expression levels higher than normal prostate tissue (P <0.05). Conclusion hPHAM-20 mRNA expression may be related to the occurrence and development of prostate adenocarcinoma.
