本文介绍了一种可变增益放大器设计方法。在X波段实现了极党的电平控制范围（＋45—－15dB）。由于采用了价格低廉的ATF13100型单栅场效应管，使得该放大器制作成本大为降低，电路设计更加简便。
This article describes a variable gain amplifier design method. In the X band to achieve the party’s level control range (+45 - 15dB). Due to the low cost of the ATF13100 single gate FET, making the amplifier greatly reduced manufacturing costs, circuit design easier.
