2006年12月28日,国务院新闻办公室公布了新闻发言人名单及新闻发布工作机构电话的四个表格,除国务院各有关部门的名单及电话是第三次公布外,党中央各有关部门、各省(区、市)人民政府和2007年新推出定时定点自主发布的国务院各有关部门的新闻发言人名单及新闻发布工作机构电话则是第一次公布。与2005年年底公布的数据相比,国务院建立新闻发布和发言人制度的从69个部门增长到74个部门。从2007年1月起,开展定时定点自主发布的国务院有关部门也在2006年卫生部、教育部和公安部三部门的基础上增加了发展改革委等九个部门。
On December 28, 2006, the Information Office of the State Council released four forms of news spokesman list and telephone number of press release agencies. Except for the list of relevant departments under the State Council and the third telephone announcement, the relevant departments of the Party Central Committee and all provinces (Autonomous regions and municipalities) People’s Government and the newly launched in 2007 fixed-time release of all relevant departments of the State Council spokesman list and press release agency phone is the first time. Compared with the data released at the end of 2005, the State Council increased the number of news release and spokesman systems from 69 departments to 74 departments. Since January 2007, relevant departments of the State Council that carry out fixed-point autonomous publishing have also added nine departments such as the Development and Reform Commission to the three departments of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Security in 2006.
