看好大陆人力充沛、工资低廉的优越条件,更看到大陆广大的市场商机,台商企业纷纷渡海开创新事业版图。然而,分隔四十多年,政治与社会环境迥然不同,却也使得表面上同文同种的大陆、台湾两地人民,操着相同的语言,却流着不同的经济血液。是一片台湾企业家眼里最大的商机,却也是台籍企业管理上最头痛的结。
We are optimistic about the favorable conditions of abundant manpower and low wages in the mainland and even more on the business opportunities in the vast mainland market. Taiwanese enterprises have to create new business layouts through the sea. However, the separation of more than 40 years of political and social environment is quite different. However, people from both the mainland and Taiwan who share the same literary style are experiencing different economic flows in the same language. It is the biggest business opportunity in the eyes of Taiwanese entrepreneurs, but it is also the most troubling knot on the management of Taiwanese businesses.
