从习近平总书记在全国思政工作会议上的讲话中可以认识到,强化和提升高职思想政治教育的育人能力,是现阶段国内马克思主义理论与具体实践之间有机融合的特殊要求,同时也是现阶段教育对象逐渐改变的发展要求。除此之外,高职思想政治教育的育人能力,属于是变革和创新高职传统思想政治理论课的教学形式的必然要求,同样是新时期高职院校培养优质人才的必然要求。但是现阶段国内的大多数高职院校在思想政治教育方面实践教学上给予的关注是不够的,专业的教师数量也存在不足,因此,创建高职思想政治教育的育人体系是非常有必要的。
