于2014年研究不同量吡虫啉拌种对花生萌发及生长的影响,设定每千克种子拌药量分别为0(CK)、2、3、4、5g,对种子发芽势、发芽率、苗高、地上部干重、根干重、开花指数、叶绿素含量、根系活力等指标进行测定。结果表明:从花生发芽率看,3g/kg处理与对照相比无显著差异,4g/kg处理与对照相比发芽率下降了4.9%;在苗高、地上部干重、开花指数方面,随着吡虫啉用量的增加均呈递减趋势,但2g/kg处理对花生苗高、开花指数无明显影响;叶绿素含量、根系活力方面,随着吡虫啉用量的增加均呈上升趋势。
In 2014, the effects of different amount of imidacloprid seed dressing on the germination and growth of peanut were studied.
