目的 :探讨等离子低温射频扁桃体消融术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的效果。方法 :用等离子低温扁桃体消融术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征 (OSAHS) 4 5例 ,于术前及术后 12周行多导睡眠仪监测和Epworth嗜睡程度评分以确定治疗效果。结果 :术后随访 3~ 6个月 ,患者均取得了满意的疗效。与治疗前比较 ,最低血氧饱和度 (LSPO2 )显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;呼吸暂停低通气指数减低 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。扁桃体缩小及鼾声评级降低程度与治疗前差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,Epworth嗜睡程度评分亦明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :等离子低温扁桃体射频消融术具有较好的临床疗效 ,且方便、安全、微创 ,无不良反应 ,有较好的应用前景
Objective: To investigate the effect of plasma cryogenic radio-frequency tonsil ablation on obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome. Methods: Forty-five patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) underwent plasma low-temperature tonsil ablation, and monitored by polysomnography and Epworth sleepiness score before and 12 weeks after operation to determine the therapeutic effect. Results: The patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months, the patients achieved satisfactory results. Compared with before treatment, the lowest oxygen saturation (LSPO2) was significantly increased (P <0.05); the apnea hypopnea index was decreased, the difference was highly significant (P <0.01). The degree of reduction in tonsil and snore rating was significantly different from pre-treatment differences (P <0.01), and Epworth’s sleepiness score was significantly lower (P <0.01). Conclusion: Plasma low temperature tonsillar radiofrequency ablation has good clinical curative effect, and is convenient, safe, minimally invasive and has no adverse reactions, and has a good prospect of application
