十八洞村,这个藏在湘西偏僻幽静山谷中的苗族聚居贫困村,全村贫困人口占总人口的56.76%。杨振之来也发展有限公司于2015年10月17日与花垣县十八洞村签订旅游规划编制协议书,2015年11月11日入场考察到今年元月规划编制完成至今,十八洞村旅游者人次从去年同期不足10万增加到今年的20万人次,农家乐新增3家,民俗活动开展1 2次。规划对旅游发展的促进作用得以充分体现,总结得出如下几点经验:
