氯苄四氢小檗碱20mg·kg-1ip30min,可以减轻小鼠缺氧后线粒体呼吸功能的下降.能提高线粒体摄氧速率和产能速率,同时降低线粒体中丙二醛含量至正常水平.结果表明氯苄四氢小檗碱对缺氧大脑线粒体具有较好的保护作用.
Benzyl tetrahydroberberine 20mg · kg-1ip30min, can reduce the mitochondrial respiratory function decline after hypoxia in mice. Can increase mitochondrial oxygen uptake rate and capacity rate, while reducing the content of malondialdehyde in mitochondria to normal levels. The results showed that benzyl tetrahydroberberine had a good protective effect on hypoxic brain mitochondria.
