资产证券化可以降低资产成本,改善资本结构,有利于资产负债管理,是在进一步深化国有企业改革的大背景下,实现国有资产混合所有制改革的一个重要方式。本文综述地分析了很多省份发展国有资产证券化的模式,结合沈阳市国有资产证券化现状提出了发展资产证券化的主要路径和相关政策建议。
Assets securitization can reduce the cost of assets, improve the capital structure and benefit the management of assets and liabilities. It is an important way to realize the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned assets under the background of further deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises. This paper summarizes the mode of developing state-owned assets securitization in many provinces, and proposes the main path and related policy recommendations for the development of asset securitization combined with the status quo of the state-owned assets securitization in Shenyang.
