聘任科技副县长、副乡(镇)长,是农村科技体制改革中的新事物,是完成科技目标任务的组织保证,是形成科技工作新机制的重要措施。他们上岗后如何发挥作用,加快科技长入经济步伐,更好地实施“科技兴县”战略,是各级领导值得研究的新课题。我们带着这个问題,对河南省唐河县科技副县长、副乡(镇)长发挥作用的情况作了比较全面的调查。
The appointment of science and technology deputy mayor and deputy township (town) chief is a new thing in the reform of the rural science and technology system, an organizational guarantee to accomplish the scientific and technological goals and tasks, and an important measure in forming a new mechanism for science and technology work. How they play a role after they start their posts, speed up the pace of science and technology entering the economy, and better implement the strategy of “revitalizing the county through science and technology” are new topics worthy of study by leaders at all levels. With this issue, we made a more comprehensive investigation into the role played by the vice chief of science and technology and deputy township (town) of Tanghe County, Henan Province.
