为了适应柴油机涡轮增压技术的发展和需要,上海内燃机研究所和上海钢铁研究所共同承担无Ni少Cr的30Mn_(17)Cr_7W_2Mo_2V(简称17-7MoV)的研制工作,该钢种是一种符合我国资源情况的新型奥氏体热强钢。通过30Mn_(17)Cr_7W_2Mo_2V钢精铸的涡轮在10ZJ、20GJ、TZ150型增压器上进行平台试验和装机长期运行试验,以及在12GJ增压器上进行平台和配6180柴油机1000小时耐久试验,涡轮情况良好。表明该钢种能代替572、GB130B等高Ni、Cr合金,满足600~650℃温度下涡轮对材料的要求。
In order to meet the development and needs of diesel turbocharger technology, Shanghai Institute of Internal Combustion Engineers and Shanghai Institute of Iron and Steel jointly assume the research and development of 30Mn_ (17) Cr_7W_2Mo_2V (17-7MoV) without Ni and Cr, New austenitic hot-rolled steel in China’s resources. Through 30Mn_ (17) Cr_7W_2Mo_2V steel cast-in turbine platform test and long-term running test on 10ZJ, 20GJ and TZ150 turbochargers, and 1000 hours durability test of platform and 6180 diesel engine on 12GJ supercharger, In good condition. Show that the steel can replace 572, GB130B high Ni, Cr alloy, to meet the temperature of 600 ~ 650 ℃ turbine on the material requirements.
