我能有机会参加由黑龙江省政府与世界卫生组织合作举办的“黑龙江省初级卫生保健经验交流会暨讲习班”感到十分高兴。首先,我代表卫生部对这次全议的召开表示热烈地祝贺;对多年来一贯与我们真诚合作,热心指导我国初级卫生保健工作的世界卫生组织、西太区办事处和驻华代表基恩博士;对十分关心和支持初级卫生保健事业,并在百忙之中前来参加这次会议的省、市、地区、县各级人民政府的领导和省初级卫生保健领导小组成员单位的负责同志表示衷心的感谢。黑龙江省政府在百忙中组织召开这样一次会议,专门讨论研究造福于人民的初级卫生保健工作,这充分体现了黑龙江省人民政
I am very glad to have the opportunity to participate in the Heilongjiang Primary Health Care Experience Exchange Conference and Workshop organized by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government in cooperation with the World Health Organization. First of all, on behalf of the Ministry of Health, I would like to extend my warm congratulations on the convening of this plenary session. We are also responsible for the World Health Organization, the Western Pacific Region Office and the representative of China to Keen, who has always sincerely cooperated with us in guiding primary health care in China. Dr.; responsible for the people’s governments of provinces, cities, regions, and counties who are very concerned and supportive of primary health care and come to the conference in the midst of the busy schedule, and the responsible members of the provincial primary health care leading group member units. Express my heartfelt thanks. The Heilongjiang Provincial Government organised such a conference in a busy schedule to discuss and study the primary health care work that benefited the people. This fully demonstrated the People’s Government of Heilongjiang Province.
