本文介绍了某核电厂主泵电机的结构特点,避免了传统轴封电机存在反应堆冷却剂泄漏隐患的可能性,为核电厂的安全运行提供了坚实的保障。但是目前该类型电机的设计方案损耗较大、效率较低,主要原因为电机内部屏蔽套的采用加大了定转子气隙的厚度,这极大地降低了电磁功率的传递效率。本文从电机学原理的角度出发,全面系统地分析主泵电机的损耗类型,并探讨了提高电机效率的设想。
This paper introduces the structural characteristics of the main pump motor of a nuclear power plant, avoids the possibility of leakage of the reactor coolant in the traditional shaft seal motor, and provides a solid guarantee for the safe operation of the nuclear power plant. However, at present, the design scheme of this type of motor has a big loss and low efficiency. The main reason is that the thickness of stator air gap is increased by adopting the inner shielding sleeve of the motor, which greatly reduces the transmission efficiency of the electromagnetic power. In this paper, from the perspective of motor theory, a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the main pump motor loss types, and to explore the idea of improving the efficiency of the motor.
