医案:女,59岁,1978年8月7日初诊。主诉:昨天晨起突觉阴户洞开,有气如蛇弄舌状自内喷出,阴部有胀感,余无不适。舌稍暗红,苔薄白,脉细带弦。先拟疏肝解郁,兼摄肾气。方用逍遥散合缩泉丸加减。处方:当归12克、白芍15克、柴胡5克、茯苓15克、白术12克、甘草5克、益智仁12克、台乌12克。两剂。二诊:服药后阴部胀感已除,但有下坠之感,余症如前,脉细。宜升举中气,兼摄肾气。方用大剂补中益气汤加味。处方:北芪25克、白术12克、陈皮5克、升麻10克、柴胡10克、党参30克、甘草5克、当归12克、柯子15克。两剂。三诊:服药后一切症状俱失,守上法以巩固疗效。处方:北芪15克、白术10克、陈皮3克,升麻5
