在校企合作法律制度制定之际,应对中央校企合作政策和地方校企合作立法进行认真梳理和提炼。借鉴中央政策和地方立法的成熟规定,校企合作法律制度应当明确规定校企合作的统筹协调机构、税收优惠措施、行业组织的协调指导以及职业院校师生赴企业实习、实践的具体规定。
On the occasion of the formulation of the legal system for school-enterprise cooperation, the policy of cooperation between the central government and enterprises and the local legislation on cooperation between schools and enterprises should be conscientiously sorted out and refined. Learning from the mature provisions of the Central Policy and local legislation, the legal system for cooperation between schools and enterprises should clearly stipulate the overall coordination mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation, the preferential tax treatment measures, the coordination and guidance of trade organizations, and the specific provisions for internship and practice by teachers and students in vocational schools.
