《婚姻法》解释三正式发布了,它的悄然到来并不影响它掀起一波热潮。无论是学术界、媒体还是民众都对《婚姻法》解释三甚为关注,同时社会上也迅速产生了一些显而易见的反应,如房产加名热等。《婚姻法》解释三共19条,其中引起社会强烈反响的无非是有关财产的权属和分割,如第7条(婚后由一方父母出资为子女购买不动产的归属)、第10条(夫妻一方婚前贷款购买的不动产在离婚时的归属)。纷繁的议论当中,一些支持者认为,《婚姻法》解释三防止了社会上一些不良的婚姻家庭
