商业企业租赁经营的实践表明,企业活力增强,经营效益上升,伹内部管理不善,企业后劲不足。影响商业企业租赁经营顺利发展的原因,除了市场因素外,主要的是权力划分不清,造成权力承租;以租代管,调控失灵;改革不配套,制约能力不强。要使商业企业租赁经营健康发展,必须加强思想政治工作,不断提高队伍素质;健全制衡机制,规范企业行为;强化经营管理,完善核算制度,采取综合措施,克服短期行为。
The practice of commercial enterprise leasing business shows that the enterprise’s vitality has been enhanced, operating efficiency has increased, internal management has been poor, and the company’s stamina has been insufficient.
