对钛处理16Mn钢,研究了控轧与控冷相结合的工艺对组织结构性能的影响,结果表明:在合适的控轧控冷条件下,可以在我国现有轧机上细化铁素体晶粒和相变组织,在保证强度和塑性的前提下提高-40℃夏比V型冲击韧性。
The effects of the combination of controlled rolling and controlled cooling on the microstructure and properties of the 16Mn steel were studied. The results show that under the condition of proper controlled rolling and controlled cooling, the ferrite crystal can be refined on the existing rolling mill in our country. Grain and phase change organizations, to enhance the strength and plasticity under the premise of -40 ℃ Charpy V-type impact toughness.
