At Ergo Plant in eastern Rand (South Africa), Envirotech will design, manufacture and install a 137-meter-diameter tailings thickener. The new equipment will be installed next to three identical perimeter-driven thickeners that have been used to treat tailings in Ergo flotation plants since 1977.
