1.问题的提出 一汽集团化油器厂在生产化油器时,其加浓管形状如图1所示。 加浓管的材料为φ3的冷拔紫铜管,要把一端缩成符合要求的直径,并保持原粗糙度数值,就必须用专门的设备加工。缩管机就是为解决化油器加浓管的缩口问题而设计的。 2.结构特点和工作原理 缩管机由机头、尾座、机体及电器部分组成。其中机头为整机的核心部分,主要由主轴、模块、调整垫片、限位板、滚柱等组成。如图2所示。 缩管机的研制受往复冷挤成型式机械的启发,利用旋转离心力,由模块锤击冷挤加工工件来达到加工
