目的:获取含羞草、铁树叶、铁树花、飞机草、菠萝蜜叶、马齿苋、芦荟、苦楝、芒果叶、九里香、鸡屎藤、白花菜、积雪草、落地生根、番石榴叶、黄皮叶、木耳菜、鸡蛋树皮、紫苏、防风草、凤仙花、龙胆、桑叶、冰糖草、马鞭草、大青叶、叶下珠、车前草、灯笼草、紫茉莉、三角泡共31种海南常见中草药中锰的含量水平,进而为合理开发利用这些药材资源提供参考依据。方法:采用高压密封消解样品制备分析试液,继用火焰原子吸收光谱法对这些中草药中锰的含量进行测定。结果:所分析的海南中草药中都含有一定量的锰,其中龙胆最高,为788.38 mg/kg,大青叶其次,为496.69 mg/g,其他29种中草药中锰的含量在9.25~99.78 mg/kg之间;各中草药分析试液中锰的加标回收率在94.42%~103.51%之间,RSD在0.84%~2.91%(n=6)之间。结论:可以通过服用上述海南常见中草药摄取Mn元素,同时需要注意的是,若长期服用海南当地龙胆或大青叶,可能存在Mn对人体健康的潜在风险。
Objective: To get mimosa, iron leaves, cycads, airplane grass, jackfruit leaves, purslane, aloe vera, neem, mango leaves, Ji Li Xiang, chicken feces vine, cauliflower, Centella asiatica, Yellow leaves, fungus, egg bark, basil, parsnips, impatiens, gentian, mulberry leaves, crystal sugar grass, verbena, Folium, Phyllanthus, plantain, lantern grass, Mirabilis , Triangular bubble of a total of 31 species of common Chinese herbal medicine in Hainan manganese levels, and thus provide a reference for the rational development and utilization of these herbs resources. Methods: High-pressure sealed digestion samples were prepared for analysis of the test solution, followed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the content of manganese in these herbs. Results: The analysis of Hainan herbs contain a certain amount of manganese, of which the highest gentian, 788.38 mg / kg, followed by the leaves, 496.69 mg / g, the other 29 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine in the manganese content of 9.25 ~ 99.78 mg / kg. The spike recoveries of manganese in test solutions of Chinese herbal medicine ranged from 94.42% to 103.51% with RSD ranging from 0.84% to 2.91% (n = 6). Conclusions: It is possible to take Mn element by taking the above common herbs of Hainan. At the same time, it should be noted that the long-term use of local gentian or Daqingye in Hainan may have the potential risk of Mn to human health.
