目的研究高场磁共振在乳腺癌诊断及治疗效果评价中的价值。方法选择在某院就诊的疑似乳腺癌患者的临床资料,进行高场磁共振检查并采用functool软件绘制时间-信号强度曲线(TIC)、测量病灶最大横径、计算表观扩散系数(ADC)和半定量血流参数,比较高场磁共振检出和B超联合钼靶检查检出乳腺癌的诊断率。结果高场磁共振术前乳腺癌的检出率为65.09%,明显高于B超联合钼靶X线检查50.94%,并且化疗有效患者和无效患者之间,高场磁共振各项检查指标均有明显差异。结论高场磁共振对于乳腺癌的早期诊断以及化疗效果的评价均具有积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the value of high field MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of suspected breast cancer patients in a hospital were selected for field MRI and the time-signal intensity curve (TIC) was plotted using functool software to measure the maximum diameter of the lesions and calculate the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and Semi-quantitative blood flow parameters, compared with high-field magnetic resonance detection and B-Molybdenum target examination to detect the diagnostic rate of breast cancer. Results The detection rate of breast cancer before high-field MRI was 65.09%, which was significantly higher than that of B-ultrasonography and Molybdenum target X-ray examination (50.94%), and the indexes of high field MR were all between effective and ineffective There are obvious differences. Conclusion High field MRI plays an active role in the early diagnosis of breast cancer and the evaluation of the effect of chemotherapy.
