目的:探讨综合用药护理对艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗的依从性及生活质量的影响.方法:选取我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的50例艾滋病患者为观察组,给予综合用药护理.选取我院2014年5月至2015年5月收治的50例艾滋病患者为对照组,给予常规护理.比较两组用药知识的掌握、治疗依从性以及生活质量.结果:观察组在药物的名称、服药时间、剂量等用药知识的掌握方面高于对照组,用药的依从性好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组随访时在躯体疼痛、精力、情感职能、生理功能等生活质量方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:综合用药护理能够提高艾滋病患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的生活质量.","Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive medication nursing on the compliance and life quality of patients with AIDS in the treatment of AIDS. Methods 50 cases of AIDS patients in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016were as the observation group, they were given the comprehensive medication nursing. 50 cases of AIDS patients in our hospital from May 2014 to May2015were as the control group, they were given the convention nursing. Two groups were compared of medication knowledge, treatment compliance and life quality. Results Knowledge mastery of drug use in the name of the drug, the time of taking medicine and the dosage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the medication compliance was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). In the observation group, the life quality score of physical pain, mental, emotional function, physical function and other were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion comprehensive medication nursing can improve the treatment compliance and the life quality of AIDS patients.
