疾病预防控制档案(以下简称疾控档案),是广大疾控工作者在开展疾病监测、控制、科研、培训及健康教育等活动中所形成的大量的信息资源总汇。疾控档案具有极强的专业性、特殊性和连续性的特点。对疾病防控规律的认识以及开展卫生防疫的监督监测的过程,都必须以疾控档案为依据。因此,加强疾控档案的科学管理,对有效做好疾控工作,提高全民健康水平发挥着重要作用。
Disease prevention and control files (hereinafter referred to as disease control files) are a large number of information resources pools formed by disease control and prevention workers in disease surveillance, control, scientific research, training and health education. Disease control file has a very strong professionalism, specificity and continuity characteristics. The understanding of disease prevention and control laws and the supervision and monitoring of health and epidemic prevention must be based on the CDC files. Therefore, strengthening the scientific management of disease control files plays an important role in effectively carrying out disease control work and improving the health of the entire people.
