本研究属国家“九五”科技攻关《福建柏珍贵建筑材树种良种选育及培育技术研究》子专题。采用容器育苗技术,随机区组设计,共五个重复。经方差分析,不同种源苗木的全高、径粗、地上及地下、分枝数、叶长、干鲜重等主要生物量指标均存在显著差异。从参试的15个种源中初步筛选出苗期表现较好的是福建龙岩、湖南道县、贵州黎平、江西上犹、广东始兴共5个种源。
This study belongs to the sub-topic of National “Ninth Five-Year” scientific and technological research “Fujian Poké precious building materials species selection and breeding technology research” subtopic. Using container seedling technology, randomized block design, a total of five repetitions. By means of analysis of variance, the main biomass indicators of seedlings from different provenances were significantly different among the total height, diameter and diameter, above and below ground, branches, leaf length, dry and fresh weight. From the 15 provenances, 5 provenances were screened at the seedling stage in Longyan of Fujian Province, Daoxian of Hunan Province, Liping of Guizhou Province, Upper Utah of Jiangxi Province and Shixing of Guangdong Province.
