本文对中国和俄罗斯两国的改革路径、结果及其成因进行了比较分析,认为俄罗斯改革从破坏国家政治体制入手,没有对改革的具体任务和前景作充分的论证,却采取了激进的革命手段和方法,致使俄罗斯经济问题和社会问题无法解决、公民社会难以形成,而中国的改革则具有循序渐进、论证充分的特点,不仅考虑到了中国经济的特点和政治体制的特点,而且顾及了民族传统和民众心理的特点,经济增长目标的实现和政治稳定,奠定了以正面的、积极的活动为取向的公民社会的基础。中国的经验无疑会促使俄罗斯后自由主义发展模式的形成。
This article makes a comparative analysis of the path, the result and the causes of the reform between China and Russia. It holds that the Russian reform did not fully argue the specific tasks and prospects of the reform but did it from the radical destruction of the national political system. However, Which led to the unresolved economic and social problems in Russia and the difficult formation of civil society. China’s reforms, on the other hand, are characterized by gradual and sufficient evidence. They take into account not only the characteristics of China’s economy and the political system, but also the national traditions and The characteristics of popular psychology, the realization of economic growth goals and political stability have laid the foundation for a civil society oriented by positive and positive activities. China’s experience will undoubtedly promote the formation of post-Russia liberalism.
