企业对员工身体素质的高要求,与现阶段学生体质的直线下降构成了一对突出矛盾。ISO9000标准中以质量策划、质量改进、质量控制的“质量三部曲”要求确认建立ISO9000质量标准在高职体育教学管理中的首要地位,因而我们务必改革现行的教学模式。以质量管理的几大原则对高职体育教育的管理活动提供帮助和借鉴,并建立一个全面改进的高职体育教育管理体系。
