1977年-1991年,周岗在北京市第九十四中学 工作期间,认真钻研教材,尝试多种教学模式——问 题探究式、发现式学习、情景教学等等,始终注重学 生主体作用的发挥,并把让学生“学会学习”作为执 教的主要任务,从备课到课堂实施各环节都努力贯 彻这一原则。学校领导和老教师的关心与帮助,加上 自己的刻苦努力,使他迅速成长为一名优秀的物理 教师。
