本文作者从车刀法剖面入手,并引入正交平面的性质作为计算手段,比较系统地推导计算了机夹不重磨车刀的刀槽角度,得出了主偏角、副偏角,刃倾角、前角、后角、副后角的计算公式. 有关机夹不重磨车刀刀槽角度的计算问题,曾在金属切削学术界有过争论.有关专家审阅本文后认为,目前高等院校使用的统编教材《金属切削原理及刀具设计》一书中,有关机夹不重磨车刀刀槽角度计算章节中的推导和公式,部份内容有错误,某些工厂采用的计算公式也有错误.本文作者使用的推导方法和得出的诸角度计算公式是正确的.可以弥补现用高校教材的不足,有一定实用价值,可供教学和生产部门参考和采用.
