屋面防水在整个房屋建筑工程领域有着重要的意义与作用,是建筑工程整体质量的保证工程。但是截至目前,在工程项目中由于多种原因的影响,导致了房屋屋顶漏水、外墙渗漏等现象时有发生,严重影响了居民的生活。就其原因进行分析,其主要是由于工程施工中材料把关不严、施工方案设计不科学、施工技术选择不合理、施工管理不到位造成的。因此,在目前的工程项目中,需要针对这些问题加以总结和处理,从而保障工程施工质量。本文剧建筑工程中屋面防水监理工作要点做了简单的阐述,旨在为工行工作提供参考。
Roof waterproofing in the field of housing construction has an important significance and role, is the overall quality of construction projects to ensure engineering. However, as of now, due to the influence of many reasons in the project, the leakage of the roof of the house and the leakage of the external wall have occurred from time to time, seriously affecting the life of residents. Analysis of its causes is mainly due to lax control of materials in construction, unscientific construction design, unreasonable selection of construction technology and inadequate construction management. Therefore, in the current project, these problems need to be summarized and dealt with in order to protect the construction quality. In this paper, the key points of roof waterproof supervision work in construction project are simply described, which is intended to provide reference for the work of ICBC.
