为了防止钢筋锈蚀,保证钢筋与混凝土紧密粘结,构件内钢筋侧边应设有保护层。受力钢筋的混凝土保护层最小厚度,也就是钢筋的外边缘至构件近侧边的距离应符合《混凝土结构设计规范》表6.1.3的规定,且不应小于受力钢筋的直径。由于混凝土保护层厚度还与结构所处的环境以及构造形式有关,为了设计和施工上的方便,我们把混凝土保护层厚度分为基本混凝土保护层厚度和附加混凝土保护层厚度两种。
In order to prevent the corrosion of steel bars and ensure the tight adhesion between the steel bars and the concrete, a protective layer shall be provided on the side edges of the bars in the components. The minimum thickness of the protective layer of the reinforced concrete, that is, the distance from the outer edge of the steel bar to the proximal side of the component, shall comply with the requirements of Table 6.1.3 of the “Specifications for Design of Concrete Structures”, and shall not be less than the diameter of the stressed steel bar. As the thickness of the concrete protective layer is also related to the environment and the structural form of the structure, for the sake of design and construction convenience, we divide the thickness of the concrete protective layer into two types: the basic concrete protective layer thickness and the additional concrete protective layer thickness.
