作者报告两例急性脑膜炎在侵犯脑干的极期可见到向下跳动性眼震,并经类固醇治疗痊愈。两例均在呼吸困难或呼吸心跳暂停后抢救过来,其后发现自发性向下跳动性眼震伴眩晕及躯干共济失调。1例脊液压力升高,细胞及蛋白含量中度升高,另1例正常,病因未明。1例推测为流行性腮腺炎病毒脑炎,另1例考虑为单纯疱疹病毒脑炎。文献报告向下跳动性眼震常见于延髓下部、高位颈髓、四叠体前部及小脑中线结构损害。患者常伴不平稳感、视物摆动及眩晕。向下跳动性眼震的解剖学
The authors report that two cases of acute meningitis can see downward-sloping nystagmus during the period of invasion of the brain stem and healed by steroid treatment. Two cases were rescued after breathing difficulties or breathing pauses, followed by spontaneous downward nystagmus with vertigo and torso ataxia. One case of spinal fluid pressure increased moderately elevated cellular and protein levels, another case of normal, etiology is unknown. One case was hypothesized to be mumps virus encephalitis, and the other case was considered herpes simplex virus encephalitis.
