目的观察曲美他嗪对重度心力衰竭老年人生活质量的影响。方法 42例老年心力衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪20 mg,每日3次,疗程6个月以上。治疗3个月、6个月用明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷表来评价其生活质量,超声心动图检测其心功能。结果治疗3个月时为生活质量评分为(53±11)分,心功能分级为2.83。治疗6个月时生活质量评分和心功能分级与治疗3个月时无差异。结论曲美他嗪能明显地改善老年心力衰竭病人的生活质量,且用药方便,无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the effect of trimetazidine on the quality of life in the elderly with severe heart failure. Methods Forty - two elderly patients with heart failure were treated with trimetazidine 20 mg on the basis of routine treatment three times daily for more than 6 months. The quality of life was evaluated by Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnaire 3 months and 6 months after treatment. Echocardiography was used to measure the heart function. Results At 3 months of treatment, the quality of life score was 53 ± 11 and the heart function was graded as 2.83. There was no difference in quality of life score and heart function grading and treatment for 3 months after treatment for 6 months. Conclusion Trimetazidine can significantly improve the quality of life of elderly patients with heart failure, and medication convenient, no significant adverse reactions.
