国家西伯利亚煤矿设计院的主要工作方向是设计我国东部地区的矿井、露天矿、选煤厂。该院是南雅库茨克煤炭综合体和坎斯克-阿钦斯克燃料动力综合体以及库兹巴斯许多其他大型工业区的建设项目的总设计者。该院每年完成的勘测设计工作量为600～900万卢布,其中依靠自己力量完成的工作量为300～360万卢布。在总设计工作量中,露天矿所占比重约为50％,矿井占20％,选煤厂及其他项目占30％。该院编制的具有代表性企业设计的主要技术经济指标列于表中。
National Siberian Coal Mine Design Institute’s main direction of work is to design the eastern part of China’s mines, surface mines, coal preparation plant. The facility is the chief architect for the construction of the Southern Yakutsk Coal Complex and the Kansk-Aqinsk Fuel Power Complex and many other large industrial areas in Kuzbass. The hospital completed an annual survey of the design workload of 600 to 900 million rubles, of which rely on their own strength to complete the workload of 300 to 3.6 million rubles. In the total design workload, the open pit mine accounts for about 50%, the mine accounts for 20% and the coal preparation plant and other projects account for 30%. The main technical and economic indicators of the design of representative enterprises prepared by the hospital are listed in the table.
