最近举行的党的七届六中全会(扩大)有两个议题,一个是关于农业合作化的问题,一个是关于召开党的第八次全国代表大会的问题。经过会议的讨论,全会一致地通过了「中国共产党第七届中央委员会第六次全体会议(扩大)关于农业合作化问题的决议」和「中国共产党第七届中央委员会第六次全体会议(扩大)关于召开党的第八次全国代表大会的决议」。「关于农业合作化问题的决议」是根据毛泽东同志一九五五年七月三十一日「关于农业合作化问题」的报告通过的决议。毛泽东同志在这个报告中正确地分析了当前国内阶级斗争的形势,尖锐地批评了农村工作中的右倾思想,并对全国农业合作化的规模和步骤作了纲领性的指示和全般性的规划。
The 6th Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee of the Party recently held (enlarged) has two issues, one on the issue of agricultural cooperation and the other on the convening of the Party’s Eighth National Congress. After the meeting’s discussion, the Plenary Session unanimously adopted the “Resolution of the 6th Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (Expanding) on the Problem of Agricultural Cooperation” and the “Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ) Resolution on Holding the Eighth National People’s Congress of the Party. ” The “Resolution on Agricultural Cooperation” was based on the resolution passed by Comrade Mao Tse-Tung in his report of July 31, 1955 on “Issues of Agricultural Cooperation.” In this report, Comrade Mao Tse-tung correctly analyzed the current situation of class struggle in our country, sharply criticized the rightward tendency in rural work, and set forth the programmatic instructions and overall planning for the scale and steps of the national agricultural cooperation.
