女性外生殖器前庭旁肿瘤是极为罕见的良性损害。作者报告一例未婚女性于阴道入口处突出一息肉样肿块。经测定其大小为3×2×2公分。,其基底位于处女膜环后方1公分处。检查时见阴道入口处、阴道后壁处女膜环内侧1公分处能触及1.5×2.0公分大小的结节一个,经查血象、肝功能、静脉肾盂造影、钡剂灌肠、骨扫描、x线胸部拍片、膀胱镜及乙状结肠镜检查、以及阴道镜检查均为正常。最后将息肉样肿瘤作了切除性活检。病理组织显象示为排列于腺泡中的胞浆清楚、核染色均匀的细胞所组成的一种
