探索马尾神经慢性压迫中脊髓诱发电位(SCEP)的改变.方法:将微型胶囊置于中国本兔第7腰椎管内,定期注入一定量的液体,对照组单纯埋入胶囊,实验1组注入胶囊内0.04mL.实验Ⅱ组注入胶囊内0.06mL.分别于压迫1,2,4wk后放出囊内液体(减压),观察SCEP的改变.结果:对照组潜伏期无变化,埋入胶囊时波幅有一过性下降,但2h后恢复正常.实验Ⅰ,Ⅱ组随着压迫时间延长,SCEP改变越明显,放出囊内液体减压后3mo,实验Ⅰ组SCEP均在3mo恢复到实验前水平.实验Ⅱ组压迫4wk减压后3moSCEP不能恢复到实验前水平.结论:SCEP可以用来观察马尾神经损伤及预后监测.
To explore the changes of spinal cord evoked potentials (SCEP) in the cauda equina during chronic compression. Methods: The microcapsules were placed in the 7th lumbar vertebral canal of rabbits in China. A certain amount of liquid was infused periodically. The control group was simply embedded in the capsule. The experimental group 1 was injected with 0.04mL capsule. Group Ⅱ experiment into the capsule 0.06mL. Respectively 1, 2, 4wk after release of the intracapsular fluid (decompression), observed SCEP changes. Results: There was no change in incubation period in the control group. The amplitude of embedding in the capsule decreased transiently, but returned to normal after 2 hours. In the experimental group I and II, with the prolongation of the compression time, the change of SCEP was more obvious, and the release of intracapsular fluid was 3 months after decompression. The SCEP of experimental group I returned to the pre-experimental level at 3 months. In the experiment group Ⅱ, 3moSCEP can not recover to the pre-experiment level after 4wk compression. Conclusion: SCEP can be used to observe the injury and prognosis of cauda equina.
