Comrade Hu Jintao’s speech at the seminar on improving the ability of major leading cadres at the provincial and ministerial levels to build a harmonious socialist society proposed that we should continuously consolidate the spiritual support for the building of a harmonious society through the development of an advanced socialist culture.
