本文就图书馆管理方式尤其是现今大多数图书馆采用的目标管理模式的创新意蕴以及在其实施过程中不能达到应有效果的原因做了简要分析,并提出质量管理和知识管理已经成为当今图书馆界新的着眼点。
This article makes a brief analysis of the innovative meaning of the management mode of library, especially the target management mode adopted by most of the current libraries and the reason that it can not achieve its effect in the process of implementation.
